Disaster Recovery Technician
Position Overview:Disaster Recovery Technicians are responsible for providing on-site restoration services, including water extraction, fire and smoke cleanup, mold remediation, and other recovery services.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to disaster recovery projects and travel to job sites as directed.
- Perform water damage cleanup, including extraction, drying, and dehumidification.
- Execute fire and smoke cleanup operations, including soot removal and odor elimination.
- Conduct mold inspection and removal according to IICRC standards.
- Operate specialized restoration equipment and tools.
- Follow all job-site safety guidelines, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Complete daily work logs and submit reports detailing project progress.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients and resolving any concerns.
- Maintain the confidentiality of clients and protect their personal property.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience in disaster recovery or related field is preferred.
- Must be willing to travel for extended periods for disaster recovery assignments.

Mold Remediation Inspector
Position Overview:Mold Remediation Inspectors are responsible for identifying, assessing, and developing remediation plans for mold-related issues in residential and commercial properties. They ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory guidelines while providing excellent customer service and clear communication.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed mold inspections, including visual assessments and moisture readings.
- Collect air and surface samples for laboratory analysis to determine mold type and concentration.
- Identify moisture sources and assess the extent of mold contamination.
- Develop detailed remediation plans and protocols for mold removal, including equipment and containment requirements.
- Provide property owners with clear and concise reports, including remediation recommendations and preventive measures.

They ensure that items are safely handled, inventoried, and, when necessary, cleaned or restored before returning them to the property.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct on-site assessments of items requiring removal and prepare an organized plan for packing and transport.
- Safely pack, label, and document clients’ belongings, ensuring careful handling to prevent damage.
- Create detailed inventories, including descriptions and photos of all items, for tracking and insurance purposes.
- Transport packed items to designated storage facilities, on-site PODS, or containers, ensuring secure handling during transit.
- Coordinate with restoration and cleaning teams for items requiring cleaning or specialized restoration.
- Maintain organized and secure storage of items, including climate-controlled storage when necessary.
- Communicate with clients about the process, providing updates on the status of their belongings.
- Assist with unpacking, reinstallation, and verification of items upon return to the property.
- Follow safety protocols and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) when handling contaminated or hazardous items.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures for documentation, inventory, and item handling.

- Conduct thorough inspections of fire & water-damaged properties, identifying the source of water intrusion and assessing the extent of damage.
- Use moisture meters, thermal imaging cameras, and other diagnostic tools to detect hidden moisture and evaluate affected areas.
- Document findings through detailed written reports, photos, and diagrams.
- Develop customized restoration plans, including drying, dehumidification, and structural repairs.
- Provide clients with clear explanations of findings, restoration procedures, and timelines.
- Coordinate with restoration teams to ensure proper execution of the restoration plan.
